On the afternoon of September 13, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province held a fundraising ceremony to support the northern provinces affected by Typhoon No. 3. The event saw the attendance of key provincial leaders, including Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Tran Manh Dung – Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Le Huu Hoang – Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and Mrs. Tran Thu Mai – Chairwoman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Representatives from various departments, organizations, and businesses across the province were also present.
At the ceremony, Mrs. Tran Thu Mai called on citizens, civil servants, public employees, the armed forces, religious organizations, and businesses to unite and lend their support to the northern provinces as they work to recover from the devastation caused by the storm. Reflecting the spirit of “solidarity and mutual aid,” the call to action received an overwhelming response from participants.
In response to this appeal, Long Sinh Co., Ltd. contributed 60 million VND to the relief effort. This meaningful contribution demonstrates the company’s commitment to social responsibility, with the aim of helping storm victims quickly overcome their challenges and rebuild their lives.
