Travel to explore, travel to experience, and travel to connect – that was the spirit of the Korea trip from September 24 to 28, 2025, which brought unforgettable moments to Long Sinh employees. During four days in the Land of Kimchi, the 11-member team had the chance to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of a country that blends tradition and modernity. The journey took them to iconic destinations such as the romantic Nami Island, Gyeongbok Palace with the traditional Hanbok experience, the modern COEX Starfield Library, Namsan Tower with its panoramic view of Seoul, as well as relaxing in Seongsu-dong café street and shopping in the bustling Myeongdong district. Each destination offered fresh experiences and memorable moments, filling the team with positive energy.
Another highlight of the journey came from the authentic culinary experiences of Korean cuisine. The team enjoyed signature barbecue meals with pork belly and ribs served with spicy kimchi, crispy seaweed, and fresh vegetable wraps. They also savored the warmth of seaweed soup, the appeal of Bibimbap, and the delicacy of traditional side dishes. These flavors not only enriched the trip but also gave the team a deeper appreciation of Korea’s unique food culture, a true pride of the Korean people.
At Long Sinh, overseas trips are organized every two years as one of the most meaningful and special rewards that the Board of Directors dedicates to employees. These trips are not only an expression of gratitude for their dedication and hard work but also an opportunity to strengthen team bonds and inspire motivation for the journey ahead. Organizing international tours further demonstrates the company’s commitment to caring for employees’ spiritual well-being while building a cohesive and sustainable working environment.
In September and October 2025, Long Sinh organized a total of three international tours for 28 employees. Along with the 11-member team traveling to Korea, 9 employees joined the Thailand tour and 8 joined the Taiwan tour. These journeys offered opportunities to experience diverse cultures and destinations while serving as a heartfelt token of appreciation from the Board of Directors to all employees for their significant contributions to the sustainable growth of Long Sinh.
