Understanding the importance of occupational safety and health in business operations, on March 30, 2024, Long Sinh Company invited expert from EST Technical and Safety Training Co., Ltd. to directly train the employees on occupational safety and health. The training session took place at company’s factory with the participation of all employees belonging to Group 4.

The training content included knowledge of the legal framework on occupational safety and health (OSH), rights and obligations of workers and OSH representatives. In addition to the prescribed OSH training content, employees were also provided with supplementary training on the knowledge, skills, and methods of OSH representatives.

The training session aimed to enhance the employees’ knowledge and skills in occupational safety and health, demonstrating Long Sinh Company’s strong commitment to the principle “Safety first.”

In the afternoon of same day, the grassroots trade union collaborated with company to conduct training on “Enhancing the role of grassroots trade union in supervising OSH representatives”. During the training session, all members of the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee and team leaders engaged in direct exchange and dialogue with experts on practical, accessible topics, effectively applicable to OSH activities within the company.
